Interested in writing for us? We welcome contributions from scholars of children and youth at all levels and of all affiliations (students, postdocs, professors, and independent scholars).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re open to all of your suggestions, however, the primary sections we’re commissioning for are Chatter (articles up to 2,000 words or shorter pieces on a child-related trade book, film, exhibition, etc.) and Childish Things (pieces of 300\u2013400 words spotlighting an artifact in the history of children or youth). We’re also seeking interviews with recent Journal of the History of Childhood and Youth <\/em>authors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
